Have been reading (as a lurker) over the last few months, then one of the moderators allowed me in (thanks!).

I’m still not sure how I can manage doing any of the exercises discreetly. I am 100% working from home, so that’s a good thing, but doing things like a warm press discreetly seems impossible for me. I work in a separate bedroom (with a attached bathroom) and am generally by myself during working hours. But arranging for hot water while I’m working seems fishy.

Therefore I wanted to try out some products that might work better for my situation.

I am in an "underdeveloped" country, so purchasing some standardized items is very hard here as compared to the Western world.

But it is indiscreet. I can wear it during the day, but I have to sit in a slightly crouched position, which isn’t good for my back. I also hate that my penis head is uncovered and the urethra opening starts scraping against the inner underwear. Sigh.

I’m really looking for something discreet that I can place on and take off when needed - whether traction or a hanging device or something else altogether. If I order things from abroad, the national government customs officials might open and inspect the package and I might need to explain what the product is and what its for. That would be embarrassing. If it’s a something for some general purpose use, then I can still order it.

If I’m doing the traction technique, I also have questions on "when" I should be doing it. Should I masturbate in the morning (which I prefer), get that out of the system, and then after a "few hours" put on the traction device? This would prevent in-between erections.

I tried putting on the traction device in the night and ended up waking up in the middle of the night with a boner and pain as the erect penis was struggling against the rubber pipe of the traction device.

Also, I’m overweight with a BMI of ~30. I’ve recently started doing intermittent fasting and that’s having very slow but very consistent results, so at least that is going good and I should lose a decent amount of weight in next 7-10 months.

It’s a very common problem. Sometimes all you can do is work around it.

How about an electric heating pad? Or if you specifically want water, look for one of the one or two cup electric kettles used for making tea. Or even an electric coffee pot.

A vacuum setup may be what you’re looking for.

If you want to go with a vacuum extender, you can order the bell and sleeve separately. The ones I bought from eBay came in ordinary plastic envelopes with no markings other than a generic company name and nothing inside suggesting what they were for. Vacuum rigs are versatile - the same bell and sleeve will work as an extender, a hanger, or an all-day-stretcher (ADS).

In fact, the only piece of equipment I ordered by mail was obvious, both by its label and its shape. That was a Froehle ‘anatomical’ pump tube I ordered from Germany. The packaging left no doubt what it was for. All of the ‘from China’ stuff, and the Total Man orders from Australia, were discreet.

Most men using that type of extender (assuming it’s the one you linked to) take it off regularly and massage fresh blood into their penis.

Excellent. Don’t forget exercise. You can do a lot without much equipment or a gym membership. Yoga, karate katas, isometrics, Pilates, and body-weight exercises. They’re not much for building muscle, but they help a lot with “office chair butt” and general fitness.
