Nick33's Routine

APRIL — General newbie routine… something like:…
5 min warm up… 5-10 min stretch (or depending on how long it takes) stretching down, left, right, sometimes straight out and/or up, then repeat. 30-40 seconds per stretch… 10-15 min jelq (3-4 second strokes)… 5 min warm down… Every 2 or so days i’ll remember to fowfer or do some kegels. My boner points up high, so fowfers should be quite beneficial for me probably. MID JULY —- My routine has now changed: I have now sacrificed the stretch. Now my routine is: 18-20 minute jelq… 10 minute clamp… No ejaculating. No warming up (not by choice. warming up is highly reccomended, however it is not available to me in my living situation). I try to do this every second day, however, i lack consistency. I just try to do it as often as i can.
