Nlarge's Routine
1. Hot shower 2. Manual Stretch down, up, left, and right, 30 seconds stretching then one minute of restoring circulation for each direction; 360 degree rotation for 1 minute. Each stretch is started at firm tension for 10 sec., then increased modestly at 10 and 20 seconds to avoid injury and apply maximum safe tension. 3. Jelq w/baby oil; 50 reps under each leg, then 50 upwards. 4. Horse squeezes and Uli’s.
