No Gains In One Month Of Extender

I am disappointed to report that I have seen no gains at all. I’ve been using a pro extender I ordered since September 22 and I have measured today October 22 (one month after) to see any progress. But I have seen nothing.

My routine:

Warm water warm up 5 mins
Stretching for about 5 mins
Jelqing for about 15-20 mins
Then I take a shower and put on the extender for about 4 hours.
I go 2 days on 1 day off or sometimes 3 on 2 off per week.

Am I doing anything wrong. Any suggestions and advice is welcome.

Extenders are low traction devices, at best the most traction that can be generated is 6 lbs. One exception is our Extender which uses springs that are rated at 10 lbs under 1” of compression.
The low traction / extended wear theory leaves many Extender users with disappointing results, usually very little gain or none at all.
I would suggest you increase your hand stretching time to 20-30 minutes twice daily. Be sure to pull as hard as you can tolerate, using a couple Girth Bands (one at base and the other below glans) will allow you to get a better grip too. Use two hands, your dominate hand to pull with and your other hand at the base for stability. The intensity on the jelqing should be on a scale of 1-10, ten being the most intense between 5-10 when semi erect.

If you’re so inclined to experiment and invest in a device that generates more traction, I suggest a quality, vacuum based weight hanging device.

LGHanger thanks a lot. I’ve been using the device on a low traction because the manufacturers manual said to start slow and secondly I read through a lot of posts that supported low traction for long periods of time.
I would’ve loved to try your extender but I have already invested in the one I own. I will continue wearing it and hope for progress.

But can I ask if you used yours on high or low traction before you noticed any gains.

Check out your heating method. Warm washcloths aren’t going to cut it. At least build a “rice sock”, while you gather the funds to invest in IR ( Infrared ) or US ( Ultra Sound ) heating… Both of those last two heating methods are yielding an additional 10% or more in elongation on the c0ck.

Took me a very long time to gain and see significant changes in shape. At 4 hour a day maybe you can get 1cm in 500-1000 hours which is 125 to 250 days. If you quit at a cm you might lose your gains, so plan on being consistent for 2 years with a break/half day once a week.


Sept 2020 BPEL 16.5-17.5 cm, BPFLS 17.5-18 cm. Clamped x4+ BPEL 18-19 cm. Head girth 12.5 cm, MSG 16 cm, BG 16.5 to 18 cm

Goal is 21 cm BPEL, 20 cm EL, 15 cm head girth.

I kept it between 500 and 600 gr. When I used heat, I would get an additional 1/8th Inch stretch after an hour while keeping it below 600 gr.

Hello. Maybe you should stop stretching and jelqing. Use only the extender. And measure only bone pressed. Check if you are wearing the extender right.

Check if your penis is sore and turtling. If yes take 1-2 days off to let it heal.

I use hot water (not so hot to cause a burn) for heating. I literally soak my penis in hot water for about 5-7mins, perform the exercises, soak again for 3mins then take a shower(with warm water).

I am currently tweaking the tension level to see what works for my dick. 2 days ago I set the tension to stretch at almost the same level as my erection length. I noticed a fuller erection the next day. I will go with this tension for the next month and will give update about my progress.

Thats from my experience its what could help.

I incorporate jelqing to my routine because I am very interested in gaining girth as much as I do length.
I sometimes experience turtling after sessions, when this happens I massage my dick lightly and rest it.
I only experience soreness (especially on by ball sack) while wearing the extender.
