Jelk/stretch 5-10 mins Pump @ about 3 hg for 2 sets 10 mins with heating pad wraped around the tube. In between sets I jelk for a few minutes. I stay rock hard in the tube and kegel every few seconds. This routine has always given me positive PI’s, so I’m sticking to it.
