Norwegian wood's Routine
I use mostly the JES Extender, and have it on for 90 minutes to two hours at a time, and in the breaks I do some jelquing. I occationally hang some weights in short”sessions”. I use a 5pound weight. I have been doing this for 3 months now, and have a total of 400 hours with the extender.
My gains are: BPEL starting 6,7 inch EG 5,5 inch ( 17 og 14 cm)
Now ; BPEL 7,5 inch EG 5,9 inch ( 19 og 15 cm )
Flaccid lenght about 5,5 inch and girth 5,1 inch ( 14 og 13 cm )
My goal is 9 inch x 7 inch
