Nostradongus' Routine
5 minute warm up with microwaved “Thermipak” heating pad
5 minutes manual stretches. SO, Left, Right, Up, Down, Rotary Each about 30-45 sec.
10 min lubed jelqs 3-4 second per stroke
Few minutes of V type or A type stretches for tunica
Clamp with edging for a few minutes at a time, then release, helicopter. Reclamp. Repeat 2-3 times
Sometimes I add a vacuum pumping routine - 5min at 5-7mmHg, jelq, repeat a few times
I used to pump a little bit years ago but now feel pumping is minimally useful.
