Now or never
Hi all,
I have been on and off the PE bandwagon since I was in my early 20s.I just turned 40.
I have seen some gains over that time but never really been committed or consistent enough to have a decent story to tell.
My current measurements are 10cm NBPFL, 14.5cm NBPEL and 16.5cm BPEL. My measured erect girth is 12cm at the thickest point
Ideally I would like to add roughly 1.0 inches to my length and 0.5 inch to my girth.
I am super healthy run 5 times a week and eat pretty good.
I’ve decided on an extender routine with jelqs thrown in to cement gains
Currently I’m extending to stretched flaccid length for 2-4 hours during the day then extending to BPEL for 2 hours in the evening.
I’m also starting the day with a somewhat modified newbie routine .minus stretches and more focus on jelqs with V-jelqs thrown in.
I know PE works and I’m hoping I will see some good results from my routine
