Number76's Routine
Similar to Mem’s Rapid Gain Routine. V and A stretches and bundled stretches every day, sometimes twice a day. 5-10 mins warming up then stretch 30 mins then cool down stretching 30 mins then fowfers throughout the day. Jelq and squeezes every other day. 5-10 mins warming up then jelq 10 mins then squeezes 10mins
