Hello guys!

I’m gonna go ahead and report any changes positive or negative, and my monthly measurement as well as routine changes I’m making along the way.

So far I am 2 weeks into PE and I started of with Newbie Routine. No devices or ADS.

NBP 5.1 x 4.8

Week 1- Newbie Routine started normally but I stopped stretching as it caused loss of morning wood. I am also loosing erection level if I’m jelqing with 2 hands so I’m using one handed mode.

Week 2- I increased Jelq time to 15 minutes and added the 5 minutes stretching. Morning wood is back and even after 3 days of stretching its still on. It appears my penis has grown accustomed to my exercises.

EQ is off the charts and I notice a slight increase in sensitivity.
Can’t wait for my next session. I can literally feel my dick changing.

Just a quick update

Increased Manual Stretching to 10 minutes

Jelqing 25 minutes now. Will add 5 more next week.

Still 2 days on 1 off.

I measured after 30 days of PE and have no gains in girth or length.

EQ is still off the charts still.
There seems to be a bunch of new veins popping up. Penis feels stronger in general. I think this is heading in good direction.

Update and some amazing newbie gains.

I started PE on February 1st.
Today I measured again for some unknown reason and I’m more than happy to report gains.

My dick went from NBPEL 13cm to 14cm and BPEL from 15.4cm to 16.2cm. There are no changes in the girth section, still 12cm.

Now I have wondered that maybe I have measured it wrong in the beginning but Iv known for years exactly how small my dick is and its always been 13cm on good days. Now its fucking 14cm with ease. I literally measured on 30 day mark and it was 13cm like always, only it was 13 for sure not 12.8 like sometimes. And only 2 weeks later I got this. Iv been checking entire morning and results are the same.

Unsure if its worth a mention but I have been in fullblown Ketosis for the past year. Not a weight loss program just my recently adopted lifestyle. Other than that I have just been following the Newbie Routine.

I’m amazed, shocked and even hornier about PE than ever before.

Quick update

Added 15 min stretching in the morning.
Evening 15 min stretching and 20min Jelqing.

Its going well so far 3 days with extra stretching. No negative PI.

Update

Week into 3rd month of newbie routine.
There is a slight irritation and redness on my sack, specifically on that middle part which connects to the shaft. I might try the wet jelq to heal this. My flacid now actually is outside and it rarely turtles inside, only after the routine. This is pretty good feeling and it finally looks like a penis instead of this weird triangle it used to form with my balls. Very happy about this.

Also I can now stretch it much more than in the beginning, I have not measured how much my stretched flacid length is, but I can clearly see its drastically more than it used to be, especially in downwards stretch. I had to back down from jelq in the past weeks and lowered the tine abit because I was starting to lose my morning wood again. It seems okay now so I’m adding more time.

I have measured again yesterday and length gains are clear as day, but there is absolutely 0 girth gains.

I have tried to make a sort of ADS but with no success so far, as it always slips after like 10 minutes.

After today’s rest I resume tomorrow with added time. Total of 45 minutes manual stretches and 35 minutes of jelq.

Due to my work schedule being changed I have missed quite a few sessions during past 2 weeks. Routine is still the same. Measuring soon.

Okay measured yesterday and there are some small gains.

14cm to 14.3cm BPEL
12cm to 12.2cm Girth. Below glans and to midshaft only. Bottom shaft is still 12cm.

Program >

45 minutes of Manual stretching.
30 min all sides stretch.
5 min V stretches.
10 min Fulcrum between thighs.

30 min Jelq with Kegels in between each stroke.
5 min Horse squeeze.

No devices yet.

Penis still healthy.
Erections strong.
Morning and Night wood present.

I will take 1 or maybe 2 weeks off now to try to “reset” my penis. Perhaps this will boost some girth gains. I would also appreciate any tips on how to boost my girth gains, or general advice on my routine if something needs changing.

Nice gains!
Girt is not easy and takes time but I think pumping is nice. It gives some temporary gains and over time I’m sure they get permanent.
I’m a believer that if you gain length, girt will follow to some degree.

I will point out I made an error by writing a BPEL Instead of NBPEL. I still get confused with this stuff.

But thank you. I was thinking about getting a pump for a long time. But I believe its best if I just stick to my routine for awhile. I clearly gained by doing this so I’m just gonna go on with it.

And I got the pump today.

After heating with rice sock for 5 minutes I went in flaccid and started pumping to 5hg. I just got erect so I pumped to 10. Didn’t really feel any pleasure or pain. No discomfort. My penis did not go over my BPEL size. It just felt as if I’m squeezing my penis. So I gradually pumped higher and just for the sake of seeing how much can I take before feeling discomfort and it was at 20 that it started feeling weird so I released to pressure to 12 and left it there for 10 minutes. After going out of pump my penis was kinda limp.. Cause I guess erection inside the pump was just pressure.. I did not feel erect and was not aroused. The girth was definitely enlraged and it felt really heavier than before, it was somewhat red.. And the skin below the head was abit swollen. So I jacked it and when erect it was thicker but not longer at all. Also the edges of pee hole were kinda swollen as well. It took like 45 mins and it completely returned to its former self.

I was thinking of getting the bathmate and I definitely dodged the bullet there cause I can’t guess anything on the feeling of pumping so this air pump with manometer was a good call. And thank you to the members that gave me this advice.

Gonna go for another 10 mins tonight before sex. Would it be wise to use a silicone cock ring while pumping?

And I fucked up. I was so excited to try this pump that I did not read the cmHG and inHG scale properly. So Instead of watching the cmHG and going between 10-15 I was actually looking at inHG and still went to 12 inHG for 10 minutes. Once in the morning and once in the evening.

There are 5 very small red spots on my penis. Last night I went soft during blowjob.. So I definitely fucked up something. Ill take some time to rest and heal before I try to resume. Erections today seem normal but I better evade pump for now.
