Ocelot McHuge's Routine
Warm up. Hang 7.5 pounds SO for 3 20 minute sets and 1 15 minute set for a total of 75 minutes. 8-10 minutes rest between sets. I use an IR lamp for the first 10 minutes of each set. I also do fulcrums for a total of 5 minutes at the begining of the first 3 sets.
