Optimalss' Routine
“Flaciid length” - under data is the BPFSL length, I do not measure regular flaccid as it is highly variable.
From 04/2007 - 02/2008 - routine was mostly of wet jelqs.
Started pumping 02/2008, started seeing erect length gains after going into the pump. BPFSL gain of 3/8” over 2 month period, and BPFSL still is moving. As of 03/28/2008, started seeing 8.50” BPFSL on ruler, but waiting till it is more consistent.
Currently 3 to 6 sets 8-12 minutes each of pumping to 5”.
Stretch for 5 minutes at bathroom breaks, using a Shunga like snakehead grip, and holding for one minute each.
I figure, I’m doing 15-20 minutes a day of various stretches.
Take rest days when 2 consecutive days of retraction or “toughness” in tissues.
An ADS is coming soon, and plan on using ADS with heat - to hopefully move nearly one inch by the end of the year.
Fat pad today is 1.25”, it has grown over .50” since gaining of 30LB, hopefully will drop that back off to expose more, overall want to shrink fat pad
to under .50”.
04/09/2008 - static stretcher arrived. Still tossing around idea of 24/7 wear, vs working up to 8-12hrs per day.
06/09/2008 - static stretcher used for right at 100hrs. Started using approx 04/16/2008. Has shown approx 1/4” of growth
in and out of tube, and flaciid is more consistently longer. Some girth shown. Going to shoot for close to 200hrs per month, with at least 60 hrs of heavy use per month.
06/29/2008 - Static Stretcher used at 130hrs. Appears to be showing 8.20” tube length vs the 8.0x” of the 06/09/2008. Appears that growth rate of 1/2” for a 90 day period will be obtained. Shooting for 2-4hrs a day heavy static stretcher use. Need some sort of low tension ADS or cawk ring to keep things expanded on average, while maintaining blood flow. Cawk ring is the thought, because of the ease of concealment. Would like 8.50” tube length by the end of August, and this appears to be a very reasonable goal.
Noticed that vacuum pump session after static stretching, appears to be working a more plyable unit. Pumping is more effective after the Static Stretch session, and does not fatigue any faster.
