I hang 4 hours, with a common blue Ali-express extender vacuum cup, lying on my bed with the weight tied to a rope, which passes through a pulley attached under a table in front of me. I use a silicone cover and silicone sleeve as an anti-turtle for 20 hours a day, including while sleeping, I only take it off inside the bathroom or hanging. I was doing wet jelq for 20 minutes until the 4th week, but I stopped as my focus is on length.

This time I believe I will make gains, I’m sure I will because now I have something I never had before, which is discipline. Until now, I only stopped doing the routine for one day in the second week and some days I went to sleep from 2 to 3 AM, but I always completed the hanging hours I scheduled for the day. I broke all 4 of my rules and I no longer feel the temptation to measure every time which used to discouraging me, my first measurement will be on my birthday on 07/05 in 3 months, I hope to receive at least 0.5 to 1cm as a gift .

In the past I have been able to hang with the same cheap extender a maximum of 10 pounds SD and BTC for 2 hours steady with mild to moderate discomfort, but with several stops and starts and lack of discipline for 2 years I have never been able to maintain a consistent routine or make gains, but now after 4 months of a discontinuation break I started hanging again on 3/1/24 and slowly increased the weight up to 4lb and today to 4.4lb.

When I was 3.3lb I started to feel a type of numb pain at the base of my penis and more internally, where I believe it is the ligaments since the skin is always loose. I hope it is a sign of fatigue that the veterans talk about. From now on I will increase the weight only when I stop having this sensation at the base of my penis by 0.4 lb at a time.

I take a zinc capsule 50 mg, Magnesium Dimalate 300mg, Vitamin D3 10,000IU and a multivitamin every day, I believe they should help with the construction of new tissue, I’m afraid to buy just the vitamin C because I saw it somewhere here on thunder that it could end up hindering the gains.

My goal is from 5.9” BPEL x 4.7” EG reach 7” BPEL x 5.5" EG in a few years and be able to feel the least bit of confidence in myself.
