Paco50's Routine
Started stretching & jelqing about a month ago. Before that I was pumping mostly. Since starting jelqing & stretching have notice more firmness in erections as well as intensity of ejaculations. Flaccid length appears to have increased as well.
Goal: BPEL 7.50, EG 6.00
2-5-13, Started pumping in 1.75" x 9" tube, previously used 2.125"x 7.25" tube. Working on length gain more than girth.
4-18-14:
Have reached my initial goal of 7.50x6.00, now going for 8.00x6.25".
Currently pump varying tube size between 2.00", 2.125", & 2.25" tubes. Always pump to a completely packed tube, starting small & working up to next size. Vary pressure starting with 5hg for 5-10 minutes then try higher pressures for a good stretch for a few minutes then drop the pressure back to 5hg. Repeat this for 60-90 minutes with breaks for massaging during this time with lots of lube. Follow this the next morning with short period of pumping at low to medium pressure for 10-30 minutes then wear a cock ring for most of the day.
6-21-15:
Been working on girth increase primarily.
Pump in 2.125 tube for warm-up then switch to 2.5 tube. Start with 15-30 minutes at low pressure. Then vary pumping pressure from low to high, slowly building to longer periods of high pressure. Do this for 30-60 minutes. Am able to pack the tube width wise after 30-45 minutes. Results last 12-24 hrs. With overall girth increases.
