Alright,

I feel embarrassed as to how long its taking me to break through my current plateau. So before this Bibhanger starter that I’ve purchased. I’ve been hanging with the Malehanger for the last 9 - 12 months. To be honest, I was cheap and was looking at the price point at the time of purchase so it was an easy entry to a clamp style hanger. However, after close to 1 year of use, I have yet to see any gains from a BPEL or BPFSL so I thought it was me with wrapping, timing, weight, technique, etc.

These were my stats before the Bibhanger purchase.

BPEL: 6.75’ - 7’
MSEG: 4.80’ - 5’ (The 5’ is when I REALLY have 11/10 EQ but when I use the CTC pump I can hit 5.2’)
BPFSL: 7’

So at that time of measuring, I figured that maybe if I break through the flaccid stretch and if I see an increase there, then hopefully it translates to erect length. So from time to time I would just stretch my flaccid state to measure no matter how hard I pull or how hard I push the ruler in against my fat pad, I would get 7’.

Now for today’s update

I’ve been hanging with the Bibhanger starter since Aug 24, 2018 and was told by BIB to focus on conditioning. In my head at the time, I figured ‘Hey, I already been conditioning myself for a year with the Malehanger, how much conditioning do I really need?” NOPE! The clamp gel like pad had a different grip on my shaft compared to the Malehanger. I finally understood what the hell BIB was saying about grasping the internals. Other improvements were using the Theraband latex wrap which minimizes the amount of new wraps that I have to use, the gel like padding which molds into your shaft at the point of clamp. When I needed to pulsate while tightening, for my shaft I would know when it locks in place. With the malehanger, no matter what I did, there was a small chance that at some point it would roll over my glands and then it would just stretch skin. Anyways, this is what I measured today.

BPEL: Same
MSEG: Same
BPFSL: 7.25’ (This was an increase of 0.25’)

I honestly did not expect this, either its a fluke but when I measured the 7’ a while back, I was literally more harsh on my tugging and shoving the ruler up against my fat pad trying to eek out a 0.10’ without success.

Plateau Breaking?

So I hope that I’ve made the right choice in continue with hanging and with the conditioning period with the bibhanger starter. I’m not sure when my glands will condition itself but my current routine is the most allowable free time that I can commit.

Routine

Morning

No Warm Up
BTC Hang 7.5 LB - 10 LB 3 - 4 Sets - I would start at the 10 LB weight and based on how I feel I will reduce as I progress in my sets.
Phallosan with a regular vacuum cap from autoextender - 10 - 11 hours

Evening (This is only like 1 - 2 times per week)
CTC Pumping at 4HG - 5HG - 17 - 20 minutes
AM or Jelq session - 20 minutes

Challenges Ahead

So since I need privacy, my home is cold as F*** because of terrible windows and insulation. I will not be able to deal with it before this winter because of financial reason and it was not a good experience in hanging during last winter. Anyways, I hope my BPFSL continues to increase to pave away the potential length BPEL increase. Will check back again when I have anything to report.


Current: BPEL - (Before 6.8' - 7') (Now 7' - 7.25')

Current: MSEG - 4.80' - 5.2'

Goal: 9x6

*Update*

So I decided to measure on Sep 18, 2018 and everything else stayed the same in terms of length but one measurement has improved so not sure if this foreshadows of what is to come.

BPFSL: 7.5’ (+0.25 from previous measurement)

So my flaccid stretch has increased from the last measurement which I’m taking as a huge positive sign. My routine has been the same but as of 2 days ago I’m in need to split up my sets since I can only get like 4 sets of 20 minutes done during the morning and 1 - 2 sets at night.

Also, since I go based on feel its hard for me to jot down everything that I do on the go but the big difference in change is now I’m adding a split set in the night in order to get the 6 sets done per day. I want to really condition my soft tissues and see how I take the 6 sets of 12.5 LBs at the moment.

I just realized that its only been 18 days since I last measured and I already gained 0.25’ on top of the 0.25’ in the flaccid stretch department.

I will post again if I see any more gains anywhere.

Increase in BPFSL is the first sign of gains coming, tissues becoming more elastic, keep it up.
