Has anyone ever done fulcrum hanging? I’m sure they have, what hasn’t been tried right? But with a fulcrum the force gets more focused on a particular part of the tunica. It also feels that the fulcrum presses past the skin and corpus layers, and specifically targets the tunica. Almost like a deep tissue massage. You would probably have to go down in weight, but the added pressure my help. I don’t know, maybe worth searching?

I’ve done it for a little while. I switch it up a lot. Either way though I try to target the tunica as I feel this is whats limiting me most. I was noticing this last night that the corpus cavernosum seems to be tighter on me than anything else. So after doing some reading I found that doing tunica work will stretch this.

I’m taking the day off. I will resume hanging tomorrow. I am really considering increasing my time from 4 hours to 5 hours or at least 4.5 hours.

I’m hanging today and I have to go somewhere in a little while so I will only be able to get in a 2.5 hours of hanging. I am hanging 15 lbs and will be at 96.5 hours in 23 days. I am hoping that I will be able to get some more hanging in later, but I am not sure. This girl wants to go to a strip club with me once I finish doing what I have to do. So I am not sure I will be able to get the rest of my routine done, but we probably will go pick up a stripper and come home and fuck her. So I do need to clean up my house a little.

So I wasn’t able to PE yesterday but am able to do some hanging today. I have a friend who is town for about a week or two and it’s frustrating to try to hang while he is in town. Well yesterday I noticed I seem longer. When I stretched out my dick I felt I stretched out longer than before. I am going to try to hang for as long as I can today. Plus I am thinking of obtaining the ADS anchor thing. I like my ADS, but I hate having to detach it each time I have to take a piss. So I am probably going to change.

I’m hanging for my last hour right now. This will be 5 hours for today at 15 lbs. I am now at 101.5 in 24 days. I am trying to increase my hanging time to 5 hours on days I can hang. For the most part I am able to hang every day except when I have friends in town. So I am stretching out my dick and I notice this thing is longer. I am amazed to see and feel how much more I stretch out. I am meeting up with my girlfriend tomorrow and I want to see if she can tell a difference. I shouldn’t get my hopes up just in case she can’t I don’t want to be disappointed. Also I promised myself I won’t measure till July 15th.

I think it’s great you’re keeping track of the exact number of hours you are hanging, and breaking it down into the hours per x number of days. This could be a great tool and guide for others down the road.

I’m hanging right now. I’M hoping to get 4 hours tonight, but I’m sitting next to my girlfriend, so I think I will only get a few hours in before we go fuck. If I do get the 4 hours in then I will be at 105.5 hours in 25 days. Tomorrow I will get in 5 hours.

I am going to try, but I have an extremely busy day today. Tomorrow I will be able to get in a few hours. I will see how many hours I can do tomorrow.

Able to get some hanging in today. I am going to try to get in 5 or 6 hours tonight, but I do have things to do tomorrow so I am not sure I will be able to stay up that late tonight. I believe tomorrow I will be able to get a few hours done tomorrow.

On another note. Last night I was having sex with my girlfriend and she told me how I seemed longer than before. THANK FUCKING GOODNESS. So it seems that the amount of time I am putting in is starting to pay off. For a while I was doing some pumping with my hanging, but I stopped for no good reason other than I forgot or I became lazy with it. I did order the anchor weight ADS and I hope to use it daily for a long period of time. The only other problem with my MAXPRO ADS is that I had to detach it from my leg every time I had to piss.

I’m at 107.5 in 25 days. Will hang again tomorrow. I hung the OTL for the entire 4 hours and for the first time in a while I am feeling like my ligs are so exhausted that I can’t even pull on my dick without feeling it in my ligs. I am wondering if I should hang on the other side of my leg next time so I can feel the same feeling on my ligs on the other side. Well now I’m going out to a strip club.

I have the most fucked up sleeping schedule sometimes. Right now I’m probably going to be awake all night. I just can’t stay awake during the day no matter what I do. Since I can’t go to sleep I’m hanging again. I am hoping to get 4 or 5 hours in today at 15 lbs. I am sitting in a lazy boy right now so the weight is rubbing against the chair, but I still have a significant amount of stress on me. So I am able to sit here and watch tv while surfing the net and hang.

I was able to hang for 4.5 hours tonight at 15 lbs. So right now I am at 112 hours in 26 days. I remember reading somewhere that hanging takes at least 3 months of hanging for a certain daily time frame before you start to see results. I am going to look for that thread. So I am going to continue my hanging for a while. Even though I believe I am already seeing results. I am putting in at least 4 hours a day and reaching fatigue, not every time but most of the time. I was wearing an ADS for a while but I discontinued the use lately. I did just order this new anchor ADS and I’m hoping I will be able to log long hours with it. I am anxious to see how the ADS feels on me. I do want to increase my hanging hours to 5 hours a day, but I’m not sure I’m ready for that. The extra 30 minutes was extremely tough on me today. I usually never watch the clock and in the last 30 minutes, it seemed like time was standing still. Maybe if I just increase by 15 minutes then I should be able to work my way up to 5 hours.

Oh and I decided not to go to the strip club yesterday. No clue why.
