I’m waiting for that newbie growth to kick in. I still feel the base tightness, but my plumpness is there.

I’d say tightness at the base is a good sign that things started resetting, as in, deconditioning. I think as you stretch it out, you’ll see those newbie gains pop up again. At least, that’s the plan anyway. I’m watching intently hoping for the best for you :)

Thanks for the support. I’m planning on sticking with the routine. Today I did feel less base tightness.

Today is an off day, but I am using the static stretcher. I ordered the vac extender universal kit today since I keep slipping out of mine. I feel thats the true reason I stop wearing it. It does get pretty aggravating every time I have to re-attach this thing, then a few minutes later I have to do the same. As I am typing this, it’s slipping off.

Also during the day I am wearing my ADS when I’m at work, but when I’m home I put on the static stretcher.

I found the combo of the autoxleeve and a leg harness is unstoppable. Or, un-slippable? I used to have that problem with the Shunga roll ADS, but the autoxleeve is anchored solid.

I am wearing my static stretcher for a few hours. I have inverted the strap and it is holding somewhat, but I still slip out.

PE, day 7. Newbie routine. I’m constantly feeling the base tightness lessen. Also I feel as if I’m gaining girth. Guess I need to do some measuring.

Did my PE yesterday. I was feeling pretty sore throughout the day yesterday. My ligs felt worked. Today is an off day.

PE day 10. Newbie routine. Good expansion. Good plump. Overall good workout.

Today my vac extender cap came in. I put it on after my workout and wow. I didn’t realize how much I was cheating myself. I wasn’t able to get the stretch I’m getting now with the vac extender cap. I’m hoping that this will yield gains.

I have been wearing my vac extender more and I am feeling that it’s giving me the best stretch I’ve ever had with a static stretcher. I can’t remember the total number of hours someone stated that the device needs to be worn before gains start to appear. I’ll go through the site and see what I can find. I do plan on wearing it for a minimum of 2 hours a day. I’d like to wear it as much as possible. I’ll start including this in my log.
