Nice log, jb - and good progress!

What are you using as your static stretcher/ADS? I’ve been looking for a non-vac ads/stretcher/extender similar to gerrykjohnsons original design from years ago but haven’t found anything. The normal extenders just look too bulky and I want something I can wear literally all day.


Started hanging on 3/28/12 after minimal gains on the newbie routine. Still not discouraged! This game is 99.9% mental. Stick with it, gents.

After 1 month of hanging 5-6lbs BTC: 1/4" gain in BPEL and BPFSL!

Newbie routine yesterday and today. Feeling much thicker. My girlfriend was saying how I felt thicker to her. Must be working.

Newbie routine today. I’m noticing a difference. I want to wear my ADS, but when I wear it I constantly feel like I have to piss. Not sure if its pulling so hard that it just gives that feeling or what.

Newbie routine again today. I’ve been exercising pretty regularly and wearing my ADS during the day and my static stretcher at night. I wear it until I go to sleep, usually for a few hours.

I have been jelqing for 30 minutes at 2 days on, 1 day off. Now I am going to jelq for 3 days on 1 day off. I’m seeing and feeling gains. My girth has increased and so has my length. I want to get back to hanging, but that is when I got injured. I have enough time to hang for roughly 6 hours a day so I am considering it. Once my gains have stalled then I may switch to hanging.

Hey JB,

Question for ya. I’ve been able to wear my ADS for about as long as I want now, with exceptions for travel. But I’m not always noticing a better EQ the day after both PE and long ADS time. I thought that lots of hours of ADS prior to PE would be beneficial, as it would keep my penis stretched and malleable. But perhaps the Autoxleeve, as soft and mellow it seems, is still over-training? Did you ever notice anything like this?
