After taking 1 week off my dick has regained its best Pis and I am ready to start again the program that made me gain EL 6mm in 6 weeks.
This time there will be no progressions because this was my mistake the last time and the gains came to a halt and even worst My Pis went down and I lost some size.

If you are a person that is not gaining by dick abusement methods and all day routines then get on the train and follow my program and lets gain together.

I ll be posting every 3 days.
I am using the front piece of my Penimaster Strap Extender hooked with a little rope and performing the manual stretching with it because by this way I can feel the tension of the stretching perfectly and I have zero hand fatigue.

INSTRUCTIONS:
#Frequency#: 2on/1off
#Intensity of stretches#: You are sneaky stretching slowly until you feel the 1st shaft resistance and you hold it there without any additional tension.
Every about 20 more secs(in the same direction) you are sneaky stretching a little more to see if the tunica got longer and at the new 1st resistance you once again hold it there.
#Intensity of Jelqing#: The OK grip is trapping the skin and a little meet below the skin. The grip is sliding easily for every stroke and the stroke duration is at least 7 secs.

My flaccid is at its biggest state.(haven t seen it like that for months).
My night wood is superb. My dick doesn t lose the erection in the morning unless I piss. Only then it gets flaccid. I have missed all these good Pis with the marathon routines I was stupidly doing.
My EQ is perfect . Fast erection and strong one.

I haven t measured EL yet because I will be measuring every 2 weeks.

I have started jelqing first and then stretching and I see good things happening.

Until I have solid gains I can t speak.

I Will stick to the newbie as I’m new to PE for a while and I’ll give a try in 2-3 months!
