PEforFun's Routine
Dedicate timed 20 minutes of intense pumping in approximately 1 minute cycles of pressure up to full vacuum. Once engorged, the first 10 cycles are 45 seconds at full vacuum followed by 15 seconds of relax. Then shakeout, stretching and re-lubing cylinder and shaft - start with a water based cream and then re-lube with petroleum jelly, which does not evaporate . Then 5 cycles of 40 seconds at full vacuum with 20 seconds relax. Last 5 cycles have reduced on-pressure time based on glans feeling the stretch. Relax consists of cycling up to partial vacuum every second or so to encourage blood circulation. The penis should stay warm with good blood supply.
I use a single stage small industrial vacuum pump. I control pressure instantly using a 3mm bleed hole at the top of the cylinder that I can close with thumb or rubber flap.
This extreme routine requires sizing of the cylinder such that it is not excessively large for the shaft size. It takes at least a month to work up to this level of stretch but shorter duration at full pressure can be used early on. There will still be some fluid retention after a session but no doughnut if the cylinder is sized correctly. The skin stretches meaning testes hang lower when penis is flaccid and weather is warm. Scrotum moves away from crotch as shaft lengthens. Shaft will darken at first then lighten a little. It takes a month of more of no pumping for colour to approach normal.
Having precise timing reduces risk of blisters on the glans. The timing eliminates the desire to aim for a new extended length each session and over doing it. Increase in length at pressure can usually be seen over a week rather than days. This routine could be done twice a day but be aware of fluid retention. The stretching gives temporary length gains of 1/2"+ in a session but most of that will disappear over night. With regular pumping at this intensity I can gain about 1/4" in length in 3 to 4 months.
Usually stretch and squeeze in the morning and while showering at night. Stretching includes deep massage of the penis suspensory ligament.
Regular workout of all pelvic floor muscles to increase strength and control - for example when watching TV, driving, waiting in queues and sitting at desk. I can control four muscles independently.
Drink regularly but delay urination to strengthen urethral sphincter muscle. Both contribute to power of ejaculation by increasing volume and reducing reflux of seminal fluid.
