Perfektdick30's Routine
Warm up for 10 minutes with rice sock. Apply heat to base, sides and underside of penis. Also heating up the ligs.
Stretch left,right,Straight out, Straight up kegel 30 times for each stretch.
Do 2 rotary stretches left, right, up kegel 5 times for each stretch.
Jelq for 10 min with baby oil. EL is around 40 to 50%. Use overhand grip for entire session.
Edge for 10 min with baby oil.
Kegel another 200 times.
Cool down with cold wash cloth for 1 min.
