Hello everyone welcome to my progress report! Before I dive into my details I want to start off by thanking all the contributing members of Thunder’s Place. This site has really inspired me and given me hope for for a bigger member. I hope to give back a little in return by posting my progress and maybe along the way, inspire newer members like my self to start their PE journey.

My Reason For PE

Penis size has always been a touchy subject for me. Though I don’t think my current unit is small, for whatever reason I have always had doubts about my size which has caused me to have some insecurities. I have recently married and my now wife has always said she loves my dick but I know that she also enjoys larger toys and has had larger (much larger) partners in the past. This is the reason I have started PE. Don’t get me wrong our sex life is great and my penis is definitely her preferred method of stimulation. I think with a bigger unit I would not only increase her pleasure I would have even more fun doing it! (Who doesn’t want a giant dick That’s why were all hear right? Lol)

My current plan is to post regularly with updates on my progress at least once a week end of week, not only to keep me accountable but to have a running journal of my experience. I’ll try to keep posts short and sweet from here out.

My goals may seem high but I feel if I stay at it with time and consistency I can get there. Not looking for gains tomorrow, good things come with patience.

My current routine is posted to my profile but I will paste below for reference.

Routine is done 7 days a week in hot shower in replace of a hot wrap.

5 days
Stretches 3 sets
- BTC 30 sec
- Straight up 30 sec
- Down left 30 sec
- Down right 30 sec
- Straight Out 30 sec
200 reps wet Jelq

2 Days
Same as above but added penis pump for 3 to 5 mins during warm down after routine. Depending on Negative PI’s and amount of fatigue I may not use the pump

It’s a light modified newbie routine, my goal is to condition my dick to get used to the stretches to avoid injury. In another week or two I plan on increasing sets and reps. Eventually I want to add a hanger to the routine but I want to squeeze as much gains I can out of the newbie routine before moving on to something more advanced.

I have been at my current routine for a week and a half and I have already felt like my unit has been fuller and longer. My current measurements were taken a few days ago so they may be skewed a bit but this brings me hope and I am very excited to keep at it.

Notes
After last pumping session I have noticed some spotting, no pain but my unit does feel fuller.

Good luck Pheonix7, I will be following your progress.

I am very new to PE as well as this site. I have used a vacuum pump for over a year now. Once a day in the morning in the shower for probably 15 minutes a day. Pumping has an impressive temporary visual but I have not made any real permanent gains from pumping and I do not like the edema afterwards if pumping too long. I have just started with a penis extender for one month now. I am really encouraged by what I am seeing and feeling in length, girth and firmness of erections.

Thanks Tspuz! Curious have you tried the pump/ extender in combination with stretching?

From what I’ve read so far any gains using PE equipment without stretching seem to be temporary. Though I’m sure that may just depend on the person.

Hello Phoenix7!
I don’t think the tissues in your penis can tell the differens if your gain comes from stretching, extending, hanging or any other type of PE.

Yes agreed the penis probably can’t tell the difference. I was more just wondering about his routine and if the extender was the only PE or if it was in conjunction with stretching for warm up.

So I’m an idiot and I think I really messed up my initial measurements. The pictures I was going off when making original post were of non BPEL. I was just measuring to the fat pad not pressing to the bone.
New current stats below:

BPEL 6.94”
MSEG 5”

Goals are still the same

BPEL 9”
MSEG 6”

These measurements were taken sitting down. Do you guys think that’s a valid measurement or should I be standing up?

The correct way to measure is standing up, penis 90 degree out from the body and your ruler on top of the penis, not the side and not 5cm above the penis.
Look in my thread if you want an example how it should look like.
Nice starting stats. 9 inches is possible if you do this seriously for years.

Thanks Patrik_16 I’ll redo measurements again once I have a chance and post that update. And I plan on being in this for the long haul!
