Pillow's Routine
I have just started (12/10/2004) and am basically doing the newbie routine with JAI’s thrown in. I have started doing stretching in the shower in the AM and Jelqing in the evenings followed by light stretching and JAI’s. I don’t know if it is working, but it sure feels good!!
(2/9/06) Had to take a few months off around the summer of 2005 to let some vicious extended veins or lymph vessels heal back down to size and they have. I think they were due to some overly aggressive V and A stretches. I started again a few months ago with stretches during the AM shower and jelquing post shower and have gained already. I plan to take it slow. Thus far I have gained but not massive amounts but I can certainly feel the difference during sex. My erections are harder than ever and I am able to control ejaculation better than before thanks to kegals. My main goals are to gain a little length for now to 8” and then perhaps girth and stave off any ED that may occur in my 40’s and 50’s. I had to take it slow that last 2 weeks due to some major dry skin on the glans - very frustrating.
