Pkunk's Routine
I’m roughly following the “Newbie’s Routine”:
two to three days on, one day off;
warming up (without hot wrap, only massaging for some minutes);
five to ten minutes manual stretches;
ten to fifteen minutes dry jelq;
50 kegels (i increased time per kegel from 5 secs to 10 secs hold);
some additional kegels whenever i’m bored;
