Playa69's Routine

When I wake up in the morning i stretch my penis manually. 30 seconds each side stretch. Down, down left, down right, up, straight out twist/crank left, straight out twist/crank right. Before going to bed i jelq 300-600 strokes with vaseline. I warm up 3-5 mins before and after each workout (strech and jelq). I might be changing my workout schedule soon.
