- 7min: Warmup in shower, kegels

- 10min: Manual stretches in shower (under hot water)

- 3min: Break, lubing up penis

- 20min: Wet jelqing

- 30min (open end): Edging and manual clamping (6-10 sets of 40-60sec each)
