Measured Today and Gains!?
Report:
The bone press measurement easily broke the 7.25” mark! Must of remeasured about ten times to make sure I wasn’t seeing things.
All I’ve been doing over the last few months are manual stretches, jelqs, and squeezes.
I had one big rest after a ligament pop (about a week and a half), and I haven’t had another pop since.
I suspected the possibility of length gains just by subtle changes in my flaccid hang and some minor visual elements suggesting lengthening below the glans.
My girth measurement remains roughly the same.
Next time, I’ll measure a couple of different points along the shaft and average two or three of the measurements.
Question:
All aspects of my routine seem to be having different physiologic indicators (PIs) then I did a few months ago. There are no negative PIs but the positive/neutral PIs have become less noticeable. I wonder if I’ve been running a “mile” to work out and now a mile has ceased to be challenging.
Should I increase repetitions or modify my techniques moving forward?
