Thanks for the encouraging words! I am starting to handle the 2 days off rest from a mental perspective. My unit didn’t grow since mid-march, it’s not like giving it an extra day will make a difference at this point (who knows, maybe a positive one). Other than that I’m getting better at edging and obviously have developed a liking to it ;)
Routine-wise, since I am on 1 on 2 off, there’s a tendency to do more jelqing than I should (20-25 mins) instead of 15 mins, and 15 minutes of stretching instead of 10. I will work on going back to the original durations just because I don’t want to condition the unit more than it needs to be and also to not spend so much time on PE.
I have observed that my mental state can affect my outlook on PE. ‘Yesterday’ I wanted to start clamping in 6 months maximum out of ‘desperation’ for girth. Today I don’t really care and want to keep doing manual work at least for 1 year, even if I get no gains. If tomorrow is a bad day and I let mental weakness set in, I might post that I have changed my mind yet again and that I will start clamping in 3 months.
Realizing this and especially writing down that I need to keep a zen/positive mindset is a good way to reinforce this thought. I got to work on ME (mental enlargement) before PE, or together with PE.
