Hey.

Been doing PE for the last 2+ months. I started very slow, without stretches and with 15 jelqs adding it bit by bit.
At start, stretches really bothered me if I pulled just a bit harder, causing me aches for 2-3 days, but now I am able to stretch harder without ay problems.
As for gains, there were none, except for better erections and maybe a bit of girth gains on the base from jelqs.

Now I’m going to make sure I stick to the routine and go 2 days on 1 day off (before it was 1 on 1 off) with occasional days off and I’m gonna increase the routine on the level I believe I should be on.

I want to focus on length gains, if you guys have any tips for that and stretches, hit me up :)

Today I did:

warm shower + 5 min warmup with warm water
2 30sec stretches (down, down-left, down-right)
110 jelqs

It sounds like you’re on track. As you get more conditioned and add more stretches and time during the stretch.

What should be my next level for stretches? How many reps and how long time? Should I add any particular types of stretches maybe? For now I just grab under my head with overhand grip and just pull it down…

Try to make sure you’re not grabbing the glans. Only you can determine how many reps. If there’s any discomfort back off. Try different angles. Up, down and side to side.

They say pulling down is best, other sides are almost useless.

Today I did only few stretches after showering, I felt slight aches, probably because I was getting hard.

warm shower, 5 min water warmup
3x30sec stretch (down, down-left, down-right)

I’m thinking about switching to the Newbie routine. I used to think 2-3 sets of sretching and 100-200 jelqs were a lot, but I see people do more, beginning to think the linear newbie routine is too weak for gains.

My veins are bigger after this jelq session. Hope that’s a good sign. Other than that it’s not much different.
