I will try to keep this post short. I started PE in October of 2018. It went okay. I was doing exercises that I did not connect well with but some worked decently. Over 6 months I found somethings that were working and some things that do not work for me. When I started I was barely 6 inches on a good day. (Sorry no pictures then). I had lost a lot of length through a bad life style and drugs and drinking and lack of good health. I changed my lifestyle February 2015. I started PE in 2018


From October 2018 to July 2019 I gained in inch through hard core efforts. On a good day I am just over 7 inches and my girth was 4.8 but now is 5.15.

What are your goals?

My goals are very ambitious. In 5-10 years I would like 9.5 inches in length and 6.5- 7 inches in girth. I get up every morning at 5 am to do my PE training because that is the only time I have being a father and husband. 1 week ago I bought a bath mate hydropump that I saved for. It is making a big difference in cementing progress.

Sorry I failed to mention above is my long term goal. My short term goal is 8 inches erect 5.75 girth. In 2 years.

I would like to hear more details about these “hard core efforts”.

Easy Peasy’s Quest to Swang an 8x6

Thanks for asking tommybuckles. When I first started in October 2018 with a disciplined routine I was doing:

5min warm up with an electric heating pad.
15 min stretches
Jelquing
Squeezing
5min heating pad.

To be honest it didn’t work well and my dick had a lot of little pin prick spots on my shaft and head.
After 6-8 months I ditched that cookie cutter routine and went a bit more intuitive with my program. I ordered cock rings from amazon (6pack with 6 different sizes). For the next 3 months I would put the tighter ones around my base and do kegels until I had a hard on. I would set a timer for 10-15 minutes depending how strong I was that day and watch my dick fill with blood. I would also stretch my dick hard and aggressively which I now don’t do. This felt very good at the time.

After a few months I could not handle this training and I think I hurt my tendons because at night when I went pee my urine flow almost seemed blocked. I had 2 urine streams and it hurt to pee so I had to back off.

As of right now December 2019 I’m using a hydroxreme7 bathmate pump 3 sets of 5 min and I am seeing awesome erections along with slight gains every time I use it. Just wondering now when I will adapt to this and have to do clamping.

My apologies for not remember to put it all down in one post. I have been forgetting key things. As I become more custom to using this forum and site I will become better so bear with me.
It is very, very important to note that I absolutely do NOT masturbate. Ever.
I will fuck my wife every day. Some weeks it is every 2-3 days depending on work.
The other important key component is sex is at least 2- 3 hours after I do my PE training. Like I said first off I wake up at 5 am well before the family is to do PE.

I drink at least 100oz of water a day. At least. That statement is not exaggerated.

I do not masturbate at all.

Wow a hundred ounces of water a day is a lot. I drink maybe 32 ounces a day and feel water logged. I wonder if that might be the reason my gains have stopped.


Penis Pride

Remember that the amount of water you max should drink each day, will vary for every guy due to body volume and build, heath and air moisture, working conditions and so on. Drinking too much water is actually dangerous, it can cause a swelling of the brain.

Very true Norwegian wood. I am extremely active. I sweat so much from athletics and my job. Others should be careful with drinking large amounts of water.

Good for you for backing off and switching up the routine when you realized that you were having some pain and trouble urinating. That would be a tough thing to do when you are also seeing gains.

Took of Saturday (29th) and Sunday (30th)

December 31st 2019
Fill bath tub soak and stretch for 8 minutes. Penis was ready to go and I began without further hesitation.

2 sets of 7mim clamping.
Amazing erection throughout. Felt so good.

5 minute break between sets. Penis stayed mostly chubby and warm during the wait. I did plumped up A frame stretch. Felt very good.

Girth is growing. Another 1/16 of an inch with a tight measurement no slack. Wife said she noticed more thickness also.

Decided to not pump at the end of clamping today. I’ll come back and pump in the evening.
Intuition said that’s what I should do.

Rest day 1/1/2020

-excellent session. Hot bath. Stretching. Warm up with stretching and a cock ring.
3 sets of pumping.
First set 5 min low pressure.
2nd set 7 minutes with very tight cock ring. 3rd set 6 minutes with medium tight cock ring. Very good. Sore at the base of shaft in a good way.

Figured out how to jelq correctly after 14 months!
Personally Must jelq straight up and curve towards abs at the top for it to feel right. Did 40 good jelqs for the the first time.

Warm Bath. Stretches for 25 min. Still sore from yesterday. 40 proper jelqs.
