Keep at it. Being disciplined And consistent are the most important things. Motivation is fickle like being happy or sad. Discipline will be there when all others are not.

Find what works and feels good. Only you can know your body. What works for me or him may not work for you.

I have been noticing unconvincing levels of growth too( about 0.1 mdeg and may be 0.2 base girth and length; probably nothing). I measure before , during and after every workout and I have noticed that I grow by up to 0.2 inches in Lenght during training but a hours later my unit simply pulls back into my body again like the major grower that it is. I have started to ask myself if growers need to train maybe twice a day while showers can get away with training once a day. Maybe anyone can comment on this idea? I’m currently testing this theory by ramping up my training to at least ten sessions per week plus at least 10 to 15 hours a week on ADS or extender

Try wearing a cock ring around your cock and balls after your session. That’s what I did for a while to help keep it engorged. I would wear it for 4-6 hrs after or until it became uncomfortable. I bought mine of amazon. 6 pack. All different sizes.

Did this trigger growth or do the theories support this as a path to growth?

There was a post “all day cock rings for amazing girth gains” where I got the idea from. I tried to explain it but thought it would be easier if you searched that thread because I got a lot out of it. I think you will like it too.

Just did ~100 jelqs. Don’t feel any discomfort and minimal increase in warmth. I think I need to start increasing the intensity, but that makes me nervous.

Thanks for this advice. This is one post I can’t afford to miss as my unit seems more girth responsive than length.

Happy 2020. I had a good workout in the bath of ~20 mins of jelqing.

The issue for me is that creating the habit of PE will be challenging with the time it takes. I am going to start trying to to do 5 minutes of jelqing until I have improved consistency throughout this year.

Seeking advice. My workouts have bee good but the joint on my index fingers hurts from Jelqing.

Does any have a suggestion or device like a plastic clamp that would relieve the pressure on these joints?
