Hi, I’m starting this thread to report on my progress using only an “around the hip” vacuum stretcher. This is the device I’ve been using vacextensor.
I’m somewhat scared of more extreme methods (had some injuries in a distant past) and don’t have the time nor the privacy to appropriately jelq (warming up and down included) which led me to choose this one discrete and very comfortable device. In fact, it is so comfortable I could really use it all day if I knew it was safe.

Does any one have any experience with that kind of device?

I’ve been wearing it for about 6 hours a day for about two months and I see only temporary gains for now in flacid state and maybe a couple millimeters while erect.. But not for too long after I stop wearing it.

I also use a Bathmate water pump once a week and I just now feel my dick is adapting to it.. With much less edema occurring with higher pressures.

Buuut.. All gains are also temporary.. They last only a few hours.. Maybe the next day it feels a little fuller, but it goes back to original length and girth after that time.

I’m also taking Maca and Arginine every morning to help the healing process and found out they’re kinda great for my lazy bowel movements problems.. He he. But they really don’t seem improve my EQ much (it’s fine already, I guess) nor my overall libido as people seem to report.

EQ is usually good.. Sometimes the erections feel “tired” so I take a day of two of rest and it’s back to normal.. Other days it seems harder than normal, but nothing outside my previous life experiences. So I think I’m not overdoing but also not sure I’m doing enough.

The question is, should I be seeing some gains by now? I’ve started very motivated, but I confess I’m not so confident anymore.

I’m using a Bathmate bendable ruler for measurement. About 18 cm BPEL.. Which transfers to about 19,7 cm with a regular metal ruler (the bathmate one have a compensation for bone pressing so the result is actually closer to NBPEL)

I’ve never used that protocol. That said I don’t think you’d see gains for 8-12 months.

I was expecting some discreet results by now, but I think I was overly optmist.. Maybe 6 mounts if I increase the usage to 8-10 hours a day in the near future.. Well, here I am 6 months later.. It’s been an atypical year for sure.. I hope you’re all ok.
I’ve changed my routine drastically since my last post.. Gradually off course, but some huge changes.
I’m still usic Vac Extensor but increased time in it to an average of 10 hours a day with one day of rest a week (not because I feel tired from stretching but the grips is vacuum based and the gland gets red dots and stuff). My unit gets noticeably longer after use but it doesn’t last too much.
I’m also jelking 2 days in 1 off, sometimes 3-1 but always with 2 rest days in a week. I’ve been doing it in the shower.. About 300 jelqs per day. My unit is engorged after and it usually lasts for the rest of the day.
Also, I use Bathmate at least once a week, sometimes twice, just because I get so much bigger after the session that I feel more confident in pursuing PE.
EQ is fine. When I’m tired, I rest and the other day I get hard as rock erections as expected. So not a point of concern.
But 6 mounths in I still couldn’t tell if I’m getting results.. I mean, it feels and looks bigger I guess but its REALY hard to get accurate measurement.. It varies a lot.. Varies on position, arousement, method.. For people wondering why there are not as many precise documented measurements on the forum, I can really understand why. I would love to have some hard data to base my progress on, but it’s not precise at all. So I’m taking some time to measure again and maybe when the difference is bigger, it will show.
One thing I can say for sure is that my resistance improved.. I used to get blisters and redness and now it’s really really rare.. If I take a rest at the minimum signs of problem, it goes away within a day. I just have to pay attention.

You guys think it’s a normal progression? I mean.. It feels kinda bigger but I worry maybe it’s just my perception.

Measuring without at least 48 hours rest and on different position will give you conflicting readings.

Sitting versus standing could change your length while standing versus laying down could change your girth.

Also, by forcing our hips forward, we will increase our length if we compare to a standing straight/relaxed kind of posture.

As you can see there is several factors to take into consideration and I didn’t named it all, there is yet more.

Someone posted a while ago he was skeptical of PE because of lack of hard data from the users.. Turns out it’s not that simple.
The most consistent method for me is bone pressed with a rule while flaccid and really going as deep in the bone as I can and as high in the rules with the glands as my body allow me. Rsrs. Then I see results and I don’t think it’s me just pressing harder cause I’m really almost stabbing myself with the rule. But the thing is flaccid length doesn’t automaticaly translate do erect length, just as you guys say. BPFL improvement is measurable for sure. Maybe a good indicator.
Girth is impossible to measure! It varies so much from base to top.. But one thing I can tell, I think my unit is getting more “equal” (sorry if sometimes I lack vocabulary, not my first language).. Its seems larger in girth at points it used to be thinner but not necessarily at the middle.

Take girth measurements from the thinnest and the thickest portion of the shaft.

Make sure to place the tailor tape on the exact same place, everytime.

If you still are facing major inconsistencies, you may want to consider if there is something wrong with your erections.

I’ll try it. The ticker part is not apparently getting ticker, but the thinner parts seem to be ketching with the thicker. Does it make sense? Overall I would say it’s more consistent in girth and that’s a good thing. Measuring as you suggested I’ll get a good avarage.
