Pumping and then hanging
Just wanted to share an experience I had a few days back. I decided I had hit a plateau with the extender and began hanging. I started slow, on 1.25kg weight and increased my efforts to four 20 min sessions. I felt fatigue hanging straight down and my flaccid hang increased within a week. At the same time I started pumping, after 8 months of jelqing and not being able to solidify temporary gains. My girth seemed to visibly increase within a few weeks, which was very encouraging, after what seemed like a lot of manual work jelqing without amazing success.
Last week I did three 20 min pumping sessions at 5, with five-7 minutes jelqing in between sets. Around 4 hours later started my hanging routine as I begin work (I work remotely from home). I’m not sure what you call this method i used. Basically I used the bib starter with the 1.25kg weight, but instead of hanging straight down, I positioned my wrapped dick over an inflexible empty cling film roll positioned across my legs and hung over it, putting pressure on the upper dick/base. After the third hanging session of 20 mins, I felt fatigue and just a slight twinge, so i stopped. Afterwards the fatigue seemed to increase. That night I was a little concerned as the fatigue was very intense, almost burning, so I took an anti-inflammatory pill and went to bed, hoping it would be Ok in the morning. My dick seemed to turtle a little as well.
Next morning the dick wasn’t as fatigued, it seemed much healed. By the afternoon it began to hanging well. Very well. And was visibly fat. I got horny and tested it out. I had a biggest hard-on I’d ever had and it pointed straight up.
I’m wondering if this was because I pumped and then hang in this manner. Does anyone else pump in the morning and hang in the afternoon? I’d heard hanging before pumping is beneficial. Could the opposite by the case too, or am I playing with fire?
