Great name by the way. Those are some epic gains you got there, when did you measure them (as in, how long after your sessions)? What is your schedule (on and off days per week)?

Missed a single session this week, been using the metal cock ring most nights so far it hasn’t caused any irritation, its a lot looser fitting than the silicone one I had before though so I get a bit less engorgement.

Lol, got no explanation for the name, struggled to find something that wasn’t already taken.

I measure just before my session on a Sunday, then post the numbers after I’m done, that gives the longest possible time between a session and a measurement so that I don’t get an inflated reading from the session. I’m don’t schedule any rest days; I try to pump every day but sod’s law has meant that I have done about 6 days/week so far (e.g. This week I missed Saturday). I’ve been keeping an eye on EQ and like I say the spotting caused by the vacuum is usually completely gone by the time I do my next session ~24 hours later if I run into any issues down the road I will introduce scheduled rest days.

Woops, missed last weeks post. I only missed one session this past fortnight as I was away last Sunday.

BPEL still at 18.5cm

EG 13cm

Guess that is the last of my newbie gains then, time to settle in for the long haul!

Had a bit of a hectic week, missed two sessions as a result.

Measurements pretty much the same:
BPEL 18.5cm
EG 13.5cm

I’ve started using a cloth wrap instead of the steel cockring, I’m able to get keep a decent semi all day without discomfort though it might be causing some discolouration, too early to tell. I’m going to try staying wrapped pretty much 24/7 and see how that goes.

I though since growth has slowed I would start posting fortnightly rather than weekly, hit every session this past fortnight.

Measurements are the same but I definetly feel bigger and I’m becoming more of a “shower”.

I know you are going to post fortnightly, but any updates on your progress? Have you considered adding another set?

I know I haven’t posted in a while, stats are still about the same. As to adding another set I haven’t done that yet but its maybe on the cards, I’ve still been following the same routine, though I am thinking about adding multiple sets with ascending pressure as I’ve read in some other progress reports sucess with that. For now I will keep the same routine, probably through to the new year but I will update if I make any changes.

Got some more positive measurements, still at 18.5 but creeping up on 19 now, same with girth, coming up from 13.5 to 14. I have altered my routine somewhat, keeping the pressure low but I have increased total time under vacuum to about an hour a day. I also increased the size of my cylinder which might allow for some freer expansion of the tissues.

Managed to get every session this week despite the extra time : ) measurements fairly consistent with last weeks, pushing towards the next whole number. I’ve started supplementing with L-arginine, I’ll report if it seems to make any difference in the coming weeks.

Happy new year everyone, haven’t checked in over the festive period, I took a break from the 19th- 22nd as I had been using some aloe vera gel which didn’t agree with my skin, other than that just the usual hit most every session between now and my last update. I’ve been experimenting with water pumping, I drilled a second hole in the endcap of my cylinder and added a check valve and stop valve so that I can dangle that end in a jug of hot water and when I draw a vacuum on the other line, it pulls the water into the cylinder, then I can shut off the valve to build suction. I’m finding it a bit less convenient but its much more comfortable to pump this way as once you get up to size it feels like the cylinder is drawn into the pubic pad with less force.

-Still haven’t found a method of measuring that eliminates these wild variations.

Nice idea on the cylinder mod.

Congrats on your gains! If I were you I would do 3 or 4 sets of 20min each.

Starting at 120mm and going up each set till you reach 200mm on the last set.

But every time you feel uncomfortable decrease pressure and increase again after 1 min. This would be some kind of pulsed pumping.

Also are you using heat during the workout? I use an electric heat pad wrapped around my cylinder during the entire workout, helps a lot. And I kegel at least 20x in every set inside the tube. And jelq between sets too around 40
