Pumping to counteract ED caused by Antidepressants
Hi Folks,
I’m a forum newbie and would like to share how I managed to get my dick back. I’m currently 47 and suffer from S.A.D (Seasonal Affected Disorder), if you don’t know what that is in a nutshell, in the Autumn (Fall) & Winter months, I get depressed and sleep a lot (boy do I sleep :-) ). This means that I have to take Anti-Depressants (Citalopram), otherwise I can’t function.
I have been suffering from this for the past 15 years, the Antidepressants caused erectile dysfunction, my natural erect size was 6.5” and about 4.5” girth. Ok, it was not exactly a monster but I was my dick and I was proud of it. The ED caused my dick to shrink in size to about 4.5” in length a pathetic girth (I didn’t measure). This in itself was getting me depressed as I’m sure you can understand. My theory for the shrinkage is that my body just got used to not pumping blood to that part of my body, as they saying goes, if you don’t use it, you lose it.
In December of last year, I decided to do something about it and after a lot of reading decided to try pumping as a way of getting my dick back to normal. So in January I took the plunge and bought a Bathmate, only for the fact that I could get on and get ready for work while wearing it.
Well it’s now 10 months later and I can honestly say that I have not only got back to my natural size but also put on a bit too, I just pump for 20-25 mins in the morning before work.
Currently, I’m 7” in length and 5.25” in girth, which I am more than happy with. To be honest, If I don’t gain any more, I wouldn’t mind as I’m more than happy with just getting my dick back to it’s natural size and gained a bit more. Secretly, I would like to get to 8” by 6”, but if it happens, it happens , but I’m not going to get stressed out if it doesn’t.
If anyone is in a similar situation, I can’t guarantee that pumping will work for you, but it has for me.
All the best
Gareth
