Quest for 8 x6,5 for an Old Viking

Quest for 8 x6,5 for an Old Viking

Hello everyone,

As a long time reader here at TP and other forums, I figured it was about time I made an account and participated.

Been doing some on and off PE for a few years and have accumulated quite the arsenal of equipment.

After having read 100’s of pages on FIR/US supported hanging extending I will participate with my own thread following the path of Kyrpa, 5,5Squared, Tutt, Longerstrech and Iggi.
Some have much bolder goals than I do, my goals are as written in the heading - 8 x 6,5 or in metric terms for familiar to me, BPEL 20cm x MSEG 16cm.

Last 4 months I have been more focused and disciplined. Gains have been fairly good for length, girth not so much.
I have a severely tight septum, a very high erection angle and tight ligaments.
So tight that some positions, like reverse cowgirl have never been an option for me, without great discomfort and with 100% EQ downright painful.
When extending my CC/CS are soft and mushy and are not being targeted at all, even at max BPFSL.
A limited septum is the reason why I have decided on going down the US rabbit hole.

My unit has somewhat of a left curve as well, which I will try to address at the same time.

Protocol as of today is, in extender. My extender has a loading/tension scale engraved on the outside of the compression spring casing
All extension is being done SO. Vacuum cup attachment using the water method to avoid blisters, since I’m blister prone.

As a tip to everyone else using silicone sleeves and being as aggravated as I am when they rip and your loose vacuum in the middle of a session, I have had great success in keeping them alive for longer by
A) Soaking the sleeve in boiling water for 1-2 minutes before attaching the to the vacuum bell
B) Taping the rim of the vacuum bells with 1 or two layers of electrical tape to make sure there are no rough edges

Protocol,
1. Stress relaxation from 1->2,5kg, 8 min intervals between each increase in weight.

2. When reaching 2 kg, I roll on a FIR mat covering the entire surface, secure with rubber bands for tight fit.
3. After 5 minutes with FIR I measure Pre BPFSL with a stainless steel ruler by upping the tension to 4 kg. All strain measurements are therefor somewhat lower than you can find in the progress logs from other users.

3. 20 min of 3 MHZ US heated stretch at 3 kg, tension drops as the unit heats up, and extender needs to be adjusted accordingly to maintain tension at the 3kg level.

4. After 20 Min of US heated stretch I do 5-8 min of manual stretches at 5-6kg over a fulcrum in all directions. Especially to the right with the fulcrum at various places along the shaft on the right side, to attack the curvature and (hopefully) straighten it out.
Manuals are being performed with a 15 second buildup to full tension. Full tension are being maintained for 15-20 seconds.
All controlled by a competition approved fishing scale with continuous measuring.

5. Cooldown at 3,5-3,6kg at ambient temperature for 10-15 min

6. Here I measure Post BPFSL at 4 kgs of tension and log into my excel log template.

Protocol follows a 3 day on / 2 days off cycle

I do 1 pumping session on day 3, for 3x5-7 min.
All pumping is done with water at 42-45 degrees C
I also use a FIR pad outside my tube for additional heating
1st set is done cyclic pumping to maximize tunica stretch as early as possible in the session.
Set 2 and 3 at increasing static pressure from 8-12In/hg

So far I have only found a couple of obstacles with my protocol.
I’m not 100% sure about what temperature the tissue reach, how fast and how well it maintains.

Everyone who have read what has been done earlier know tissue temperature needs to reach and maintain +40 degrees Celsius or above for the entire session to get into therapeutic range. I want to stay as safe as possible and still reaching

1. Reaching and maintaining sufficient tissue temperature
2. Finding a good way of measuring tissue temperature

These questions are basically two sides of the same obstacle and I will address them as follows;

After having read the threads from Manko07 (?) with a thermometer in the urethra experiencing some burning from the metal tip, I have decided using silicone catheter tubes. Inside them I will insert a thin plastic rod with temperature probes from a 4 channel thermometer. 1 probe glued to the plastic rod, one for every 4cm.
To make 100% sure the inside of the catheter follow the temperature of its surroundings, I will fill the inside with US gel or waterbased lube using a large syringe or bird feeder.

I also have a couple of noose extenders that I no longer use, but will utilize for information gathering
Will set up the unit into the noose extender, stretch for about 2,5 kg to make sure my penis has about the same thickness as normally in the extender and then apply the same 3 MHz US at 1,5w/cm2 while monitoring urethra temp

This way I am hoping to teach myself how to reach and maintain proper temperature for as much of the heated part of the session as possible.
So far I have measured skin temperature on the opposite side, with the probes between my finger and penis firmly pressed against the tissue.

You all have to excuse my lousy English. English is my 3rd language and I am far from fluent.

All and any suggestions to improve on my protocol are highly appreciated.
I have read 1000’s of pages on PE, but I’m sure I have missed out on some of the finer nuances which may further optimize my protocol

I’m currently entering my 4 th 3 day period of the above protocol. So far my BPFSL have increased 8mm from my initial measurement.
My hopes for this 1st period is an increase in BPFSL of 2 cm.

I forgot to mention supplementation

Post workout I do take
1. 4-5g L-Citruline
2. 1,5-2g L-Arginine
3. 2,5mg Tadalafil

Everyday supplementation I do
Tongkat Ali, Omega 3 Fatty acids, D3, Zink, Boron, Pygeum and Lecithin

I have the same goal! Lets go buddy!

What were your initial measurements?

30/08/24->19x14

30/08/26->20x15

30/08/28->21x16

Welcome to posting here!

Your approach is really fine tuned. I’m impressed.

Nothing to add here except that I have sometimes found that heating during an entire pumping set leads to more subcutaneous edema for me. So I often heat at the beginning and then skip the heating for the last portion to help avoid this. But I don’t usually add heat when I’m hot water pumping and only when air pumping (which I do about half the time, depending on convenience), so perhaps the water will help prevent the possibility of more edema with the added external heat.

8mm in two weeks is really great and is a testament to your efforts in technique and follow through. I hope it keeps up at that rate until you reach your goal. The problem then might be that your goal gets bigger as long as the gains keep coming :)

The only other things I would add is to consider putting your stats here on the website and to take his quality starting pics with measurements for yourself.

It is nice to have the stats here for future reference, as you never know what life will bring you, but Thunders has been around a long time and will hopefully stay up as long as there is an internet in our lifetiems. Being able to see your progress and where you were when you were last on the site is valuable if you ever take a long break, as I have done.

And you don’t have to post the pics here unless you want to, but the one thing I wish I did when I began was to have good starting pics to compare with stored in a digital place I could easily access. (When I started in the early 2000’s cell phone cameras and cloud storage weren’t a thing so it never occurred to me.)

And your English is very, very good!

Rock out with your cock out!

Thanks everyone for the encouraging words and I do appreciate being cheered on by brothers in spirit!
Thank you!

Appendix didn’t seem to be overly cooperative today
SR was good, and I slowly added 1mm about every minute, until reaching BPEL. Then 0,5mm every minute for the remainder of the SR period.

Again not sure I did reach the needed temperature, still waiting for my catheter tubes in the mail. But I prefer to play it safe until I can properly monitor the process.

Pre vs Post (only) showed an increase of 5mm today. 212 =>217, 2,35% strain
212 Pre was the same as yesterday.

Last 3 day period was about the same and Pre measured 207, 210, 210 with the same 4kg of strain.

Tomorrow I will add a pumping session as soon as possible after the stretch, hopefully benefiting somewhat from the increase in TA malleability post US.

Yesterdays session felt better

I used a silicone standoff on the other side of my shaft while heating with the US.
Fairly sure it makes a lot of difference getting to therapeutic range faster.

The 1st catheter also showed up in the mail yesterday. But holy H*** shoving that tube down my urethra sure takes some motivation!
Thick, THICK tube!.

Seems I will not be able to use the plastic rod as intended for the temperature probes. Not enough diameter available inside the catheter for 4 strands of wire + the rod.
Change of plan means using a short pieces of fishing line and bundle the strands of wire connecting the probes to the thermometer and pull them into the catheter. Might have to use 2-3 drops of glue on the wiring insulation to keep them together. I also need to man up and get a solid measurements on how far in the probes need to pulled. With the tip of the catheter resting against my prostate, I can set a mark on the catheter and calculate the probe debt from there.

Sitting here laughing and giggling at myself about the absurdity of even talking about jamming a large silicone tube, containing wire and probes to measure inside the temp of my junk, while blasting it with ultrasound. I can fully understand why some outsiders shake their heads in disbelief

Well back to yesterdays session
35min SR, cold until BPEL, FIR enhanced from there on out.
+ 1mm stretch every minute until BPEL, 0,5mm every minute from there on.
26mm SR adjustment from 1-3kg.

20Min ultrasound heating at 3MHz/1,5w/cm2. At 3kg
Adjusted 6 more mm after started US heating

Pre 211, Post 219, 8mm strain/3,8%.

Pumping was done 3 hours later. I had hoped I would finally nudge the coveted 200mm on the tube scale, but alas no such luck.
Even at 12in/Hg - 300mm I only saw 195-196.

BPFSL > BPEL by 30mm. At some point I’m sure BPEL inevitably will follow.

Today and tomorrow are rest days. Hopefully Friday will reveal another 1-2 mm of Pre BPFSL.
Fingers crossed

A day delayed session, life happens as here as well.

Used the method others have used before, with temperature probes on the other side of the US transducer.
With 3MHz-1,5w/cm2 I get to 39,5-39,8(103F) degrees Celsius- By upping the power to 1,6-1,7w/cm2 I could easily reach >+41C (106F)

Did SR with FIR pad from 7-8min and out til approx 30min. Slowly increasing strain by 1mm, down to 0,5mm a minute.
Was not at my regular seat so measurements might be a little different than the other days.

Pre BPFSL 210mm, Post 216mm, 2,85%

Got my 1st small blister (which burst) since starting to use the water method. Probably increased the tension to much before for cool down.
Next session I will try to use more heat, longer, to avoid having to increase tension as much to reach the needed strain rate.

One thing to consider is to check to see if you can evacuate more water during the session. I’ve found that as the session goes on there is some capacity to do so and this helps to prevent blistering.

You don’t need to go in that far; just to the base at your abdomen. You can’t apply heat any further in than that, so there’s no reason to measure there.
