Quest4size's Routine
Mar 07: Basic Newbie Routine; 10min manual stretching, 20min jelqing (slower 5-6 second jelqs), 5min Kegels holding from 5-30 seconds each.
07- Mar 15: stopped pe, restarted March 2015.
May 15: 5 min wrap, stretching; 45 sec, then 1 min, @ 5 directions, 15-25 min jelqing (various increments and directions, SD, SU) restarting kegels 30-50/day (stopped doing them)
June 1/15 after 3 months of newbie routine started kr extender for 2-4 hours day and pumping 3-5 hg 20-30 min day.
