Question: weird testicular behavior
So as I pull my inner penis outwards, my ballsack also appears to be moving forward. The thing is, when I stretch my penis out when not erect/fully erect, especially when laying on my back, the balls will jump to above the penis if that makes sense? Is that normal or should I be concerned? I don’t feel any pain if that helps.
