Rainsea's Routine

Morning:
5M hot shower warm-up followed by 400-800 wet jelq (every 50 counts do one Horse(10sec), and every 100 counts do one erect bend (20sec) and one Uli(30sec)), and finished by 5M hot shower warm-down.

Sometimes, I add 30M length exercises before girth exercises. Usually, it’s 50 sets DLD Blaster + Manual stretch.

During the day:
Toilette stretch, time and reps vary.

Evening: 30M length exercise (if haven’t done in the morning)

DLD Blaster + Manual Stretch

Initially I did 3 days on and one day off, but now I take no days off, and just reduce the workout intensity when necessary.
