Ralader's Routine

1.- warm my dick

2.- strech the penis on right, left , front , up and down side, for a minute every side

3.- jelqinq 100 times continues, 3 times for session. In every jelq I spend 2 to 3 seconds

4.- then I clamp my penis for 10 minutes. 3 times every session.

5.- finaly massage my penis and warm it again.
