I am not a doctor so cant tell you a legit advice on these drugs. But i will say this:
How long you have been doing PE? Are you “conditioned”?
I would switch from bathmate to a regular pump with a gauge. If doing any manual exercises or squeezes or jelqs, throw them before pumping sesh. Heat nonstop.
ADS is always good.
I know why you are going about with your “supps”. They certainly wont hurt when it comes to “gains” at the gym and PE. Years ago i took MK677 and i understand this compound. You need to realize that increased IGF1 from taking the MK is good and bad. If you have a tumor, the higher amount of IGF1 in your body will only speed up the growth of that tumor/cancer.
If you are taking B5 i think you may as well do the whole Vit B complex.
Be careful with too much of Vit A, it might be too toxic at large doses. Make sure its retinol and not the beta carotene. Btw a few ounces of beef liver will provide Vit A in a 1000s % plus lots of B Vits and B5.
Add to this a small portion of a beet root daily, it increases NO and pumps at the gym.
Collagen protein wont hurt but eating meat skin from chicken and other meats will help with collagen building aminoacids like glycine, proline and lysine (if i remember correctly).
