Hi everyone
I first got to thunder place (2017) when I was searching info about a small (5 mm) hard ball on top middle shaft
I was then 7,5 BPEL and 5,3 girth
Also had a big complex about my penis since it is curved down and I found it to be small.
I started newbie for maybe 6 month and was surprised to gain in length, and slightly reduce curve, and the fear of peyronies gone with the ball, I assume it was a old scar tissue( remember a childhood injury)
Then had a big break due to lack of privacy and got back into PE two years ago when I bought a pump with gauge. I could use it for a few months then the tube broke, still I was happy with little gains but I stopped there.
That brings me to now, fresh start with newbie routine, I really want to improve the curve I dislike and if I manage to take the time needed, get a huge penis
For the past three weeks I did
Stretching at noon for 10 to 15 min
When I get back from work again 10 min stretches and 10 min jelqing
When I go to bed I stretch again over the leg
I also do erect bends for curvature

I want to give it more time and dedication but for now that is all I can commit to do
By the way I am now 8 BPEL and 5,3 mseg

Nice gain in length for not too much effort. Keep it light until the gains stop coming.

Gains were very fast at the early beginning, I guess because of stretching, and I am not shure I was measuring precisely.

Now I am focusing on being constant and gentle. When I started I got a lot of red dots with jelqing and endema with the pump, I was going too hard too fast.

Reading about everyone’s experience I understand this will take time.

Question

Sometimes I stretch taking my glans under a thigh and if I squeeze my abs I feel like a pull back on my stretch, I hope I make sense since my English is… what it is.

Does it mean I still have some room for stretching the ligament attaching the penis to the pubic bone?

That would help me figuring whether I work on that stretch or not

I ordered an infrared lamp, after reading about it here, it seems to be quite a good tool.

I also read about US but I think it is a little too soon to consider

Received my lamp two days ago.

Honestly at first every time I would read « you need constant heat » I tried to convince myself that as a newbie I could do without, just because I could not figure out a comfortable way to do so.

So after just two days of use during my routine ( jelqs and stretches) I find it very comfortable, easy to use and impressively effective.

I had zero red dots after routine and the impression that expansion is better, I am measuring longer and thicker right after (a millimeter but still it is very encouraging)

I am now focusing on reducing the curve doing stretches over the wrist and other kinds of curved stretches .

So I will try to keep posting about progress

It maybe too early to say it works

But when I finish a session and I am erect,

I have a less pronounced curve.

I measured it by applying a ruler under it and before I could put a finger between ruler and penis, and I can no longer can.

So as I am focusing my routine on curve reduction, I am very happy with that.

So let’s wait a couple weeks before claiming I did it but I am very happy.

I attribute this to the ir lamp which I find very effective, I use it all through the routine and try to keep a tension on the ventral side when I turn it off for 5 to ten min, I read here it helps to cool down stretched.

Changed routine
Now instead of several times a day I do everything in one session
With ir lamp on
20 min stretch
10 min jelq
5 to 10 min erect bends, I squeeze the base and slightly bend penis on the opposite side of curve
Then shower with a slight stretch to cool down

I had issues with privacy (as in a relationship) but since I came out about my « activities » it’s no longer a problem.

Matthieu about that hard ball on the upper shaft. What became of that and how did it come about in the first place?

I think I my have the same thing from using too much pressure doing girth work. When I am flaccid I can feel a hard circular area that’s raised but seems to be firmly attached to the tunica. About the size of a small lentil. Thing is it’s completely undetectable when I am erect. I think it’s a blocked or inflamed lymph vessel. I have stopped the girth work and it’s been about a week now. While it was gotten smaller and stopped hurting it’s still there if I look for it when flaccid. Fingers crossed it disappears eventually.

What you describe is very much like what I had, same size , quite hard, size of a lentil and seemed to be attached to the fascia.

The interpretation is different.

I thought it was a scar tissue made of collagen , I did not see a doctor at the time so I will never know. And it is gone, never felt it again.

I don’t know exactly how or when I got it, I just found out about it as it was.

In my opinion I got it years after an injury and not from PE since I had it before starting,

It went away after my first weeks of PE so I just believed the heat and stretches (and the l-carnitine I took then) were the cause of healing.

I wouldn’t say it hurt, it was just uncomfortable as I would pinch it and try to isolate it to try to figure out what it was.

At the time I was quite nervous about it and made some research on peyronies and whatever I would find. That is how I discovered this forum.

In my opinion you should use extra heat while you do your stretches. As it softens the tissues and helps with healing.
