Hey everyone! It’s my first post though I have lurked for some time now. I have been reading through the mountain of information here. First I’d like to say that just doing that made a positive change for me mentally. It’s amazing how much support and understanding there is here.

However, I want to take advantage of this and dive in and dedicate as much as I can. I know myself and the best way is to go all out and just see it through. I’m not fully prepared, I work 2 jobs and have a sex hungry significant other. So I will have to adapt the best I can, worked both jobs yesterday but still stretched and massaged some light squeezes and jelqing late at night. I’m going to have to find some things I can do while at work that targets girth.

I do plan on getting tailors tape and a heat source and some other supplies. I plan for before pics tonight with as accurate measurements as I can. My EQ isn’t great I believe do to I masturbate and regularly and have intercourse regularly lol so it works alot. Discipline in that area will be a challenge in itself.. We even talked about having to have less sex possibly.

I’m very excited and eager to be a part of this. I really hope to do well to maybe inspire someone else to try. I will say I’m not really a stranger to this. I tried it half assed seriously maybe 7 or 8 years ago and loved the improved EQ from just simple stretches and jelqing. My short term goal is just having better EQ and sustainability. Long term is really any kind of concrete girth gains. From what I have seen length will come no matter what so I want to keep girth main focus.

Sorry for the novel, I am happy to share my story if okay to do so in this thread. Didn’t see a intro thread at first glance. Ready to get the ball rolling on this. Just the 30 mins of stretch, massage, jelq, edge mix for first day brought results I’m pleased with. If anyone has girth gaining tips I’m all for it! Would like to be as knowledgeable as I can on it for when the newbie routine no longer cuts it.

Man this is going to be tricky lol. 2 sessions of awesome sex left me a little worn in that area yesterday. Working 2nd job tonight and plan to do basic newbie routine when I get off.

Well I haven’t been active on here but I have continued the newbie routine and 2 on 1 off resting periods. Noticeable differences so far would be it hangs a bit larger than normal. I’m absolutely a grower so this is a prominent change. My EQ is much better much much better. These results alone are very pleasing to achieve. I feel I have made good enough measurements to have them as a starting point. 7” BPEL 4.9 beg 4.7 meg . If I can break 5” beg I’d be a happy camper.

Its incredible to see you getting a better EQ with that load of stretching, normally is the other way around.

Its important to find exercises that raises our indicators. By exploiting this, gains will emerge.

Nice! Hope youre keeping your SO happy! One thing that helped me mentally was “Embracing inconsistency”. Used to feel like I was missing out by not following my schedule to the t. Now I’m very loose…I shoot for 1 on 1off. But daily conditions push me one way or the other. Sometimes taking 2 off, sometimes 2 on. I think I average 3.x sessions per week. Like raindrops, they fall in an irregular pattern, but sooner or later the whole ground gets wet.

Yes! Very much so kave and I really like how you put that. I don’t fear the inconsistencies as much as worried that I’m not doing enough. My only concern is the jelqing really. Some strokes I can really feel the expansion and the force but then I go a little limp and can’t get the same stroke if that makes sense. So I feel even though I can jelq x amount of times.. I fear only maybe half of those are correct. Other than that I have been enjoying it very much. As far as having better EQ with the stretching.. Hopefully that’s not an indicator I’m doing something wrong. I feel I stretch quite well and every session I sit in front of a space heater. However.I’ve always been the guy that a light breeze can cause an erection lol. I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a month now and I’m going to look into a pump here soon. I have a clamp already and looking forward to changing things up and hopefully make some changes.

It’s been awhile! Mostly because I couldn’t find this post and work this website properly :p . Still using newbie routine as a warm up. Using small space heater during entire session. Been doing clamping/pumping after the warm up. I pump in front of a space heater at 2-3hg for 10 mins at a time. I alternate with 10 minute clamp sessions with jelqing and massaging in between. I have been trying to stay away from the tailors tape. Weeks ago I measured almost 7.25 BPEL and about 5.2 beg so I know I’m getting expansion during my sessions. Going to continue this for awhile and see where it takes me while I do as much research as I can. Looking at horse440 squeezes and bundling stretches. Any advice on how long to stick with this routine to gauge effectiveness? Also like to say I do both kegel and reverse kegels while stretching.

Bundled stretches are phenomenal! Iā€™m preparing to introduce bundles hanging in the next month or two.

I’ve read a lot of mixed views on them. The idea is intriguing at the very least. I’m only a couple months in and don’t even know when to know the routine isn’t working lol. Since it seems to be viewed as very extreme and only use if gains stop. I’d like to give them a soft try in my stretch routine.

I do 30 second holds on all my stretches, including bundled stretching. They say you get better results when holding for around 2 minutes on bundled stretches. But, I get bored and typically do them in the shower. So 2 minute holds seem forever. So I do them at the end of my normal stretching.

About time for an update. Still staying true the newbie routine. 5 min warm up.5 min dry jelqs (erect only). Been doing 10 min pump sessions at 2 or 2.5 hg then 10 min clamping session’s after. Then warming and stretching for cool down. I experienced my first donut about a week ago and have been noticing little hard bumps close to the base in the same spot. They feel like small bb’s. They don’t hurt and they have gone away with some direct massaging. Would this be an indicator to dial it back? I wouldn’t consider anything negative feedback.. After my sessions it looks fuller and hangs more. No morning wood but that was very hit and miss before all this.

I’m doing my best to take in all I can and try to translate it to what I believe is what works. Sometimes I feel like I may not be pushing hard enough but don’t want to get carried away. As far as gains go I haven’t noticed much more than the initial bump from the beginning. Trying to stay away from measurements though. I think I’m going to stay true to what I’m currently doing till the end of the month and see how I feel and what I measure. Not looking for gains as much as conditioning for other exercises.
