I could not post this anywhere besides here because of account restrictions.

Please be honest with me. I just really need to know cause this is my life. I will try to reach out to schedule a visit with a urologist soon. I am 20 and this is too soon.

I tried Jelqing for the first and last time yesterday and noticed that I can not get an erection now. At all. I did around 70 repetitions and then tried to watch porn to see if I could get aroused (answer: Not really). I came but could barely get blood pumping there at all. I only became a bit engorged at the end when I came. During and after the Jelqs I did not notice any popping or strange sounds, no significant pain during or after, no weird bumps/bruises/discolorations. I also did kegels in the bathroom and in the car.

1. I’m EXTREMELY afraid of having done permanent damage so is there a solid chance of that? I am scared to death of a venous leak.

2. If I did injure myself what possible injuries could this be and what should be my next course of action?

3. Has anyone ever over trained like this to the point where they can’t get hard at all and gotten better?

4. I am supposed to be going on a date with a coworker soon next week. Would it be possible to get my back erection by next Wednesday?

Relax. You over did things. Let it heal. As far as your date, hold her hand and get the large sized popcorn at the movie.

I had this when I started. I’m very prone to fatigue. Check the older but critical thread on PIs and how to use these to see when you have overdone it.

After a rest (which helped me bounce back to normal EQ) start really easy. Like 20 reps, lightest pressure, use heat etc to be as safe as possible. Then check your PI. Next session add a little and as soon as you see negative PI creep in you know your current ‘fitness’ and can balance the work out.

I’m on a break after overdoing it, hitting fatigue and some negative PI, next week when I’m back to full rest I’ll start again and build it up slow. Best be safe and not rush yourself

@Hame0812 Any idea what kind of time frame before erections and then intercourse that I could be looking at?

As long as you do not have proof of an injury, you’re just wearing yourself down with all the “what if”s.
If you’re really concerned get an penile ultra-sound / Doppler.

What you’re most likely experiencing is that your dick, and especially pelvic region, is a bit offended by the “abuse” and therefor contracts.

I had a similar issue where I thought I had the weirdest dick injury and it turned out that it was a back / pelvic floor issue - lots of stress for literally nothing.

Maybe..
-take a hot bath
-make a ointment with back rub and coconut oil(be careful not too make a blend too aggressive). The lasting heat generated will relax your pelvic floor and penis which will most likely lead to normal functionality.
-change your mindset regarding having hurt yourself - it’s clear that your body is retracting your tool to protect itself because you’re afraid
-better be safe than sorry and get your back checked so that you can be sure the nerves are working at full capacity
