Resurrecting The Dragon
After so many attempts at coming back and sticking on a routine and lack of motivation, I am back yet again. Things have gotten incredibly busy, but I am determined to do what it takes this time around to get the job done. No more weighting (had to make a pun but probably will hang at some point) around.
I have recently started injecting a peptide, ipamorelin specifically, due to a discussion with another person on a different (oddly enough) unrelated forum.
I have started over with the newbie routine but with just a few minutes of bath mate use at the end of the routine. It isnt much time of use, maybe a couple mins under tension, but I figured why not? This person I knew only used a bath mate for 20 mins every day and it gave him all of his length and girth gains.
So that said, I do my entire routine in the shower.
Currently:
- Warm up in shower
- 3 x Manual stretches
- 30 secs Up, Down, Left, Right, Out
- x Amount of time in the Bathmate
- Warm down in the shower
I have a Zen hanger ADS on it’s way. My homemade Captn’s Wench just isnt cutting it for me. I might add some hanging at some point. I just wanted to get a real ADS asap.
As for the Ipam, I’m taking 100mg three times per day. This is meant to increase growth hormone secretion and has practically no side effects (so people experienced headaches at high doses which would be considered 300mg/dose.)
Having taken this for about 2 weeks, it has increased my sleep quality and morning wood. There have been a few times that I woke up from a dead sleep with a raging hard on.
I have done this routine 2 days in a row, today is an off day. I will be doing the bathmate daily.
