Retcoh's Routine
Warm water shower time varies
5 to 6 minutes hot water directly on member
30 seconds 5 direction stretch
10 minutes ok grip jelq 10 second drag with 50 to 60 percent erection. Almost full size but still soft and hanging.
10 minutes v grip jelq
kegels in between every jelq 3 to 5 second hold.
And depending on how I feel I might to a slammer or two. ( prior over training a few times taught what to look for. And even though not a expert at it, I feel conformable in knowing my body limits.)
5 to 6 minute warm down.
