Basic Newbie Routine…
Warm up with a hot towel.
About 10 Minutes of Fowfer’s
1 Minute of Manual Stretches in each direction. (Down, Right, Up, Left and Straight Out)
Another warm up.
10 More minutes of Fowfer’s
10 Minutes of intense jelqing with drumsticks.
Warm Down with hot towl.
10-20 minutes of kelger’s and 90 minutes of Fowfer’s throughout the day.
