Rk866's Routine

Note: Tugback all the way to 7, but the “significant loss” of tugback is around 8-9.

Day1
*Shower (as a warm-up; sometimes I don’t shower directly before PE)
*Ejaculate (as to reduce erections)
*Straight-down flaccid stretch for 10 minutes, straight
*1-2 minute rest
*Random, shorter flaccid stretches

Day2
*Shower (as a warm-up; sometimes I don’t shower directly before PE)
*Ejaculate (as to reduce erections)
*Pull penis straight out to an angle where tunica pull feels strongest for 20-30 seconds
*A-stretch (on base/lower shaft, shaft, finally upper shaft/head) for 20-30 seconds each
*Pull penis to sides to an angle where tunica pull feels strongest for 20-30 seconds
*V-Stretch for 20-30 seconds
*If hands aren’t fatigued, repeat any above exercies

Day1/2 cycle repeated… a rest day is thrown in the week.
