Hello everyone, and thank you for taking part in this amazing forum.

This thread is meant to track my progression towards my goals. I will update at least every two months.

(Sep-2020) I am 183 cm (6’ 0”) tall, and I weigh 82 kg (181 lbs). My penis is a grower and I would like to be more like a shower, as I am dissatisfied with my flaccid length. I will achieve the gains exclusively by extending with Andropenis.

Primary objective: improve visual flaccid penis length.

Secondary objectives: 1) increase visual erected penis length; 2) add a little bit more girth for keeping proportions.

Methodology: 1) extending with Andropenis at least 4 hours per day; 2) getting leaner.

Measurements at Sep 2020:
BPEL 17 cm (6.7”, 91.44%), MSEG 14.5 cm (5.7”, 96.75%), NBPFL 9.5 cm (3.7”, 67.65%), FG 11 cm (4.3”, 94.8%)*

Goal:
BPEL 20-21 cm (7.9-8.3”, 99.84-99.97%), MSEG 15.5-16.5 cm (6.1-6.5”, 99.43-99.93%), NBPFL 13-14 cm (5.1-5.5”, 99.48-99.92%), FG 12-13 cm (4.7-5.1”, 99.55-99.98%)*

Expected dates to achieve results: Oct 2021 (best case scenario)** - Jul 2022 (worst case scenario).***

*Percentiles calculated in relation to western average as portrayed by CalcSD.
** Dates estimated conservatively counting an average of 4 hours per day at 0.0025 cm/hour (0.00098”/h) to grow 4 cm (1.57”).

I noticed you had girth goals, but didn’t have any methods that contribute to girth. Are you tackling this as a length first then girth or are you only doing the traction and accepting whatever girth gains that come from it?

I’m interested in flaccid, too, and I will tell you that it does eventually come. In fact, this has been my greatest gain, more so than erect. Just keep at it and hold the faith.

For the moment, I will stick with traction and see how girth developes. There is weak evidence on the beneficial effect of traction on girth. Anyways, I am already pretty satisfied with my girth, although a little more is always the better.

Thanks for your motivational commentary. Research shows that flaccid length gets the biggest gains from traction. I am way more interested in improving the appearance of my flaccid penis than in anything else.

What do y’all think about the estimated range of dates for achieving my objectives?

I also have the Andropenis extender. I made some gains in the past, but the suggested routine is pretty intense. I’m using it again, but instead of increasing the rods by 0.5 cm I’m increasing by the 0.3 cm rod. It has seemed to help with going the recommended length of time. Last time the additions became painful, I suspect it was going too fast. Today I have the rods added to equal my flaccid length and I’m at 4 hours (break at 2 and 4 hour mark) and counting with no problems. Last time I remember not being able to stand 30-45 minutes.

Is there a reason you are doing 4 hours instead of 6-9 hours? I know it’s a lot, but we all know the more time you spend in the elongated state the more solid the results. I think you might have problems or slow rod addition with 4 hours, no problem in taking longer either. Marathon not a race, right.

Also, slippage is a problem with extenders, so you may want to use ace bandage or bathroom tissue. Helps with pinching and slippage. Don’t put the noose right below the glans either. You should have about 1 cm of skin between glans and silicone.

I would say your expectations on time frame are within reason, but your progress will calibrate those dates based on your body’s response to traction. Based on my reading, some people gain length fast, some gain girth fast. I still don’t know which group I’m in.

I attempt to extend as many hours as possible, with a minimum of 4 hours per day. The maximum I would allow myself would be like 12. However, as my routine limits the time I can wear an extender while having the possibility to check my penis to assess its health, I estimate the mean daily dedication to be over 4 hours but close to this mark. With this in mind, I use 4 hours/day as a conservative parameter to do the math. I prefer being too much prudent rather than being too much optimistic.

I do not have any problems with slippage whatsoever; in less than a week, I found the optimal tightness. Not as tight as to cause discomfort, not as loose as to allow for slippage.

Starting out, there is usually no chance of slippage. When you extend past stretched flaccid length and bone pressed erect length, you begin to fight slippage. Good luck.

Today, two months after I started, I have measured myself today and I found that my BPEL has increased 0.5 cm (0.2”). Assessing improvement of NBPFL is difficult because it’s very variable, but I would say I have gained between 0.5 and 1 cm (0.2-0.4”). I am currently extending at 20 cm (7.9”). I have not measured nor noticed any differences in girth.

Given that I have worn the extender for like 4 hours every day without rest days, this result is consistent with the rate of growth that I assumed, which is within the range from 0.0015 to 0.0025 cm/h (0.00059-0.00098”/h). To be precise, if I assume a mean number of 4 h/day, the rate of growth is the mean of that range, 0.002 cm/h; however, as in reality I have used the extender more hours on average, the rate of growth is between 0.0014 and 0.0020 cm/h. This is important because it helps me to determine the date in which my objectives should be achieved. I assume the rate of growth will increase a little or remain stable as I am now more proficient using the extender.

I have a liposuction procedure scheduled for mid November. The pubic fat pad will be treated as well as other areas. I expect to report further measures in late December, when the swelling will have notably ameliorated.

Today, I measured my BPEL and it was 18.5 cm (7.3”). I do not think that the difference from my initial measurements is all real gains, as the measurement varies with the fullness of the erection. Anyways, I am updating my signature. NBPFL seems to have increased another 0.5 cm (0.2”).

I am no longer extending at 20 cm (7.9”). Andropenis’ manual is too aggressive. Now I am extending at 19.5 cm (7.7”). It might be a small difference in length but it is much more bearable and I can extend and hour and a half uninterrupted. At 20.3 cm (8”), I could not even last half an hour due to slippage and pain.

I am having a liposuction done in a week, in which the pubic fat pad will also be treated. My dick will appear to be bigger, since it will be bigger relative to the rest of my body. From the next week to the first days of May, I will mantain a caloric deficit to get my body fat percentage around 10%. I expect to appear leaner and more muscular, and my penis should get visually longer. I am planning to go to the gym the next summer as well.

I am thinking of getting an extender in a few months. I’m doing the beginner routine with some pumping before I jelq. I’m working out and trying to loose weight as well. Once I get to my goal weight I’ll start bulking to add some muscle. I think it will be at this time that I get an extender.

I’m thinking around the middle of January. That would be 2.5 months of newbie routine and weight lose.

Good call, extending with too much pressure for long periods can actually cause your dick to shorten.

After almost a month since I got liposuction, I resume my extending routine. It was not possible before because my pubic area was very swollen. Final results of liposuction might take from six months to a year. My penis looks bigger with respect to my body. Erected sizes have not changed, I will wait to measure NBPFL. Currently dieting to reduce my body fat even more. Objective is 10% of body fat, which might take 4 to 5 months from my current state.

My lipo has healed in the sense that I do not experience pain, bruises or notorious swelling. However, the final result will appear between May and November.

I am extending again at 19 cm. I am not being as consistent as before, and I have to do something about it. I will report new measurements in a month or two.
