Quick update. I haven’t posted in a while I’ve been busy with life, you know how it goes, but I have been keeping up with my PE exercises. I’ll be back on the 19th to report month 1 results, if any.
1st month measurements are in! And I am very pleased.

Everything is going good. Just been doing my thing. Measurement day in 10 days.
Nothing new to report. Measurements still the same.
Still no measurement changes. Getting kind of bummed out.
Keep at it and mentally adjust your time frame. PE’s time increments are more like years than weeks or months. You’ll get there.
